MerKaBa: Activation

The Merkaba is a three-dimensional web-like structure around the human body which is dormant in many of us. The pattern is based on Sacred Geometry including the Flower Of Life Symbol. It begins spinning through various Yogic/Breathing practices, or through individual effort based upon unconditional love and compassion. Merkaba is activated through the heart center of the human body.
