The Goddess Sekhmet

The "Great Mother", Sekhmet is an Egyptian Solar Deity associated with the sun and the kundalini. She is considered all-powerful and one of her names is "The Powerful One". She is depicted with the face of a lioness, for her protection of her friends, and the powerful destruction of her enemies. She is also known as Simhavaktra in India as well as Shakti. She is also called the "Goddess Before Time".
